Dive Medicals

At Sports Clinic NQ we perform both recreational & occupations / commercial dive medicals.

While diving is a safe sport for healthy individuals the pressure changes mean that some individuals are high risk for suffering severe injury. Both recreational and occupational / commercial dive medicals can be performed at SCNQ Recreational Dive Medical AS4005.1 includes thorough history and examination, spirometry (lung function), audiometry (hearing test) and sometimes will need an ECG.

The cost for a recreational dive medical is $165.00. Occupational / Commercial Dive Medical AS2299.1 is similar to the recreational dive medical but more detailed and held to a higher standard. Our fee is $165.00 and offer JCU students a discounted price of $110.00.
