CORONAVIRUS (COVID19) HEALTH ALERT

Due to the current pandemic, our clinic will be implementing measures to reduce the risk of exposure for all who attend including staff, patients and visitors so that we can remain OPEN.

Effective Friday 17 December all patients will be required to:

• Check-In using the QR Code at both the building entry and again at our practice reception desk
• Maintain 1.5m distancing in the waiting room, and
• Not attend if you have covid symptoms including (but not limited to) Fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, headache, aches and pains, gastro or shortness of breath. Phone reception for further instruction (07) 4772 2344 .

Please note, Telehealth appointments may be available if suitable and upon the doctor’s instruction.
